A CPAs Guidebook for Ethical Behavior: A CPE Ethics Course for Texas CPAs.
Speaker and author, Allison M. McLeod, LL.M., CPA, will educate and inform CPAs not just on what is the right thing to do according to the AICPA Code of Professional Conduct but how to put your values into action. As part of this course, we will also look at various schools of ethical thought and walk through real-world examples of individuals and companies faced with moral dilemmas.
Four CPE credit hours will be granted in accordance with the standards of the National Registry of CPE Sponsors. Additionally, Professor McLeod is an approved TSBPA sponsor for these courses and can issue Continuing Professional Education ("CPE") certificates authorizing the credits if the client does not have their own sponsor number.
